FAQ’S
We get most of our patients from GP referrals. Why do we need Meta ads?
GP referrals are valuable, but they’re also completely outside your control. When a referring doctor retires, moves practices, or starts recommending a competitor, that pipeline disappears overnight. Meta ads give your clinic a patient acquisition channel you own and control, one that runs whether or not a GP thinks of you that week. Most of the clinics we work with still get referrals, they just stop being entirely dependent on them. That’s a very different position to be in.
What exactly does “15 qualified new patient enquiries” mean?
A qualified enquiry is a real person, a potential patient in your area, who has seen your clinic’s ad, clicked through, and submitted a form requesting an appointment or more information. Not impressions. Not clicks. Not followers. Actual people who have raised their hand and said they want to hear from your clinic. These are warm leads who already know what you do and where you are. What happens next is your team converting them (we also build the automation sequences that make it as easy as possible).
We tried running ads before and it didn’t work. What makes this different?
This is the most common thing the team hears and it’s almost never the ads themselves that failed. It’s one of three things: the website they sent traffic to didn’t convert, the targeting was too broad and attracted the wrong people, or there was no follow-up system to turn a lead into a booked appointment. We fix all three before a single dollar is spent on ads. The website is built for conversion first. The targeting is specific to allied health patients in your suburb. And the automation sequences follow up with every lead automatically. That’s why the results are different.
How long before we start seeing results?
The website is live within 14 days of signing. Ads go live in week three. Most clinics start seeing enquiries within the first two weeks of the campaign running — and the volume builds as the algorithm optimises. The 60-day guarantee window gives the system time to find its feet. In the team’s experience, clients who engage fully with onboarding, approving content quickly, keeping their booking system up to date, following up leads within five minutes and see results at the faster end. The system works. The speed depends partly on how well the clinic is set up to receive the leads.
Do we have to be involved in the day-to-day? We’re already flat out treating patients.
That’s exactly the problem the system is designed to solve. The team handles everything, website, ads, content, automations, reporting. Once onboarding is complete, a clinic owner’s typical time commitment is under one hour per month: a 30-minute strategy call and a quick content approval. The rest runs without you needing to think about it. You treat patients. The system fills your schedule. That’s the entire point.
What happens if we don’t get 15 enquiries in the first 60 days?
The team keeps working at no additional charge until you do. That’s the guarantee: in writing, in the service agreement, with no exit clauses. In practice this means the team will test new creative, adjust targeting, refine the landing page, or increase ad frequency until the number is hit. The guarantee exists because the team is confident the system works. It also means the incentive to deliver is aligned, the team doesn’t benefit from stringing out a campaign, they benefit from hitting the target fast and making you a long-term client.
We’re not a big clinic. Is this right for us?
The Growth package is designed for clinics with two or more practitioners generating at least $300,000 per year in revenue. At that size, a single extra patient per week more than covers the cost of the retainer and most clients see significantly more than that. If you’re a solo practitioner just getting started, the team will be honest with you about whether the timing is right. The goal is a long-term relationship where results compound over time, not a short engagement that doesn’t move the needle enough to be worth it for either side.
